I regret I have been away from this page for so long. As a therapist, I'm always counseling people to "make time," and I have to say I haven't been taking my own advice.
Yesterday, during my workday, I was told about this wonderful resource:

It seems that this was presented to me at a time when I needed it the most. Let me hold myself accountable here, to be in the here-and-now, even when the present wants to take me off on some tangent. The present doesn't wait...we can't expect to have "peace in the moment" by putting it off until an elusively convenient future day.
